Workplace Wellness

Sound therapy and meditation can help transform the workplace - not only for the numerous health benefits, like decreased sick days and stress levels, but also as a strategy to help foster interconnectedness, creativity, and innovation.

In order to remain competitive in today’s rapidly changing landscape, successful companies need to possess a clear vision of their goals, as well as stay inspired to be innovative in their approach to supply products and services. This puts unparalleled requirements for focused attention, extraordinary creativity, adaptability, stress management, compassion, and patience from CEOs, top level executives, business owners, and employees alike, at disproportionately high levels. The Harvard business school along with INSEAD, Europe's leading business school, has concluded from the research that the two most effective business tools for 21st-century executives are meditation and intuition.

I create innovative sound meditations for forward thinking companies and leaders.

LeeAnn can custom tailor a program, or you can choose from our options, whichever is best suited for your companies, goals and budget. LeeAnn will work on site at your office, or you can provide a suitable space if preferred. She also has access to a unique off-site venue for a small team, up to 12 people.

The two main themes, LeeAnn works with are:

Stress management

The benefits of meditation and mindfulness in the workplace are now well documented. Using sound as a method of meditation is an accessible and effective way to entrain the participants' brain waves into the low, alpha and theta brainwave states. Think of it as a shortcut to a deeper meditation as the rhythm and frequency help trigger the body's relaxation response and bringing them into a deeply relaxed state.

LeeAnn can integrate a session into your planned event or can provide a stand-alone sound bath meditation workshop at your office or another inspiring space for an off-site. In addition to the instruments, all mats, blankets, cushions, etc. will be provided.

Creativity and innovation

Studies have shown that meditation is a powerful tool for tapping into our inner creativity. And enhances three essential skills necessary for creative problem-solving:

  • Switches on divergent thinking. In other words, meditation opens your mind to new ideas.

  • Improves attention and makes it easier to register the novelty and usefulness of ideas.

  • Nurtures courage, and resilience in the face of skepticism and setbacks, which is important, because failure and setbacks are inextricably linked with any innovation process.

LeeAnn would love to discuss how her unique approach can enhance your business.
