Sound Healing

When we experience a sound healing our brains have a chance to drop into a Theta brain wave state, which promotes creativity, healing, and intuition. It allows us to access our subconscious mind. When we drop into this state, then left and right hemispheres of the brain begin to resonate to a steady rhythm together, the subconscious and unconscious minds become aligned, unresolved issues are released, stress is released and you become more vibrationally coherent and increasingly powerful and healthy.

Yoga

Led by Jen Fisher, each yoga class will be designed for you to go on an inward journey to the self. morning classes will be vinyasa style and solar as the sun’s energy. evening classes will be restorative and lunar as the moon’s energy.

Cacao Ceremony

Cacao ceremonies are a way to connect with, learn from, and be guided by cacao. The ancient Mesoamerican tradition of the Ancient Cacao Ceremony is a sacred experience that involves setting intentions, drinking a special cacao elixir, and meditating.

Meditation

Throughout the weekend, these healing practices will be woven into yoga sessions and sound healings.  Journaling prompts will be offered for further integration.

Sunrise Qigong

Qigong, pronounced “chi gong,” was developed in China thousands of years ago as part of traditional Chinese medicine. It involves using exercises to optimize energy within the body, mind, and spirit, with the goal of improving and maintaining health and well-being. Qigong has both psychological and physical components and involves the regulation of the mind, breath, and body’s movement and posture.
